With over 13 years of experience in the wedding and events industry, I bring a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and passion to every celebration I’m part of.
Before launching my own business, Events with Rio, I enjoyed a successful 10-year international career as a professional dancer, performing in films, music videos, TV shows, musicals, and live tours with renowned artists, as well as teaching dance earlier in my career.
Working across both the entertainment and events industries has given me a deep understanding of performance, production, organisation, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Today, I channel that expertise into wedding planning and event coordination, helping clients bring their vision to life with creativity, precision, and care.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a career in industries that inspire me every day, and I’m grateful to now focus fully on creating meaningful, joyful, and seamless events through Events with Rio.

You need Rio! Rio was our on the day co-ordinator for our wedding last year, and I honestly believe it was one of our best choices we made.
Rio was fantastic, in the meetings before the wedding, in the morning while we getting ready, through the ceremony and till the very end of the night.
She was there for anything we needed and she was already 2 steps ahead!
