At Events with Rio, I offer two core services: On the Day Coordination and Full Planning. But I also know that every couple’s journey is unique, and no two weddings ever look the same, which is why I offer additional 'add on' services, such as Planning Support and Day Before Set Up.
During our initial consultation, we take the time to explore your vision, your needs, and the level of support that feels right for you.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION
On the Day Coordination ensures a worry-free day not just for you, but for your guests and suppliers too. You've put in the effort, carefully planning every detail of your big day or special event. Now it's time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment you've worked so hard to create. I will ensure everything runs seamlessly - on schedule and exactly as planned - so you can focus on making memories without the stress.
FULL PLANNING
From day one I'll be by your side, helping you design mood boards and visualise your ideal day. I'll offer creative ideas, recommend trusted suppliers, and connect you with the perfect venues, ensuring you have all the tools to create something extraordinary. With honest advice and thoughtful guidance, you'll always feel in control of your event. Let me turn your vision into reality, delivering seamless excellence at every stage.
PLANNING SUPPORT
My Planning Support is designed to let you buy my time based on your remaining to-do list. It’s completely flexible and tailored to your needs. We start with a consultation to assess where you’re up to and how much of my time I’d recommend - it’s the perfect helping hand in the final lead-up to your wedding day (typically 6–3 months before).
Ideal if you’ve already made great progress with your planning, this package allows you to relax while I step in to tie up all the loose ends. From liaising with suppliers to creating your all important running order for me to use on the big day.

SET UP SUPPORT
Up to 8 hours of set-up support the day before your wedding.
